Richland County Early Learning Center
Location: Olney, IL | Owner: Richland County CUSD #1 | Architect: BLDD Architects, Inc.
Richland County CUSD #1 has partnered with Poettker’s Construction Management team for a new 16,400-SF single-story Early Learning Pre-K center that will create more space for the district’s pre-kindergarteners and consolidate the elementary school and the Early Learning Center into one campus.
Key project components included:
- Seven preschool learning areas;
- Play areas;
- Indoor multi-purpose area that will also serve as an ICC 500 shelter area;
This is the second project in which Poettker has served as Richland County CUSD’s Construction Manager.
