Parkway School District selected Poettker Construction Company as its Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the 6-year 2022 Bond Program, which kicked off in 2023.

This multi-year initiative will provide facility improvements across the district focused on the community’s priorities for:

  • Capital replacement, maintenance and repairs

  • Technology improvements

  • Accessibility for all students

  • Safe and accessible play

  • Enhanced classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, early childhood and athletic facilities.
