South Central Middle School Addition & Renovation
Location: Kinmundy, IL | Owner: South Central CUSD #401 | Architect: FGM Architects, Inc.
South Central CUSD #401 selected Poettker Construction as the Construction Manager for the addition and renovation to the existing middle school in Kinmundy, Illinois.
The new addition will connect their Middle School classroom facility with their gymnasium.
Facility enhancements will include:
- Improved shelter and security between facilities;
- A new facade to connect and unify the buildings;
- New bathrooms at the gymnasium entrance;
- New lobby in front of the concession stand
This is the 3rd project in which Poettker has served as South Central’s Construction Manager.
