North Clay Renovation Program

North Clay CUSD #25, a PK-12 district serving 555 students on a single campus, has partnered with Poettker’s Construction Management Team to provide Health and Life Safety improvements to their elementary/junior high and high school campus. Projects include interior renovations, heating and air conditioning replacement, technology upgrades, building additions, and asbestos abatement.
The HVAC and Roof Replacement project entailed:
- the removal and replacement of the existing roof system with a new EPDM roof;
- removal of existing HVAC penthouses and equipment;
- installation of new curbs and rooftop units;
- temperature controls for new HVAC units;
- acoustical ceiling tile replacement;
- and miscellaneous steel
Phase 2 renovations will consist of Health and Life Safety improvements involving:
- A building addition to house additional classrooms and offices;
- Gym addition with support space;
- Renovation of the existing high school with a new secure entrance;
- Additional parking lot
