Kaskaskia College Education Center Improvements Program

 Location:  Centralia, IL & Surrounding Education Centers    |    Owner: Kaskaskia College    |    Architect:  FGM Architects, Inc.

Poettker Construction was selected by Kaskaskia College as the Construction Manager to provide master facility planning, renovations, and maintenance repairs to the entire college network including six education center facilities. These projects will help Kaskaskia accomplish sustainable energy improvements, provide enhanced learning environments to increase student engagement, and attract and retain students and faculty.

Projects include:

  • interior renovations and facility reconfigurations
  • HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
  • finish revitalization
  • flooring upgrades
  • roof replacements
  • new open storage shelter
