Tristar Properties has partnered with Poettker Construction for the second time as the general contractor to construct Buildings 4 & 5 within their Westport Commerce Center industrial park development in Maryland Heights, MO. This 141-acre industrial park is centrally located in the St. Louis metropolitan area within close proximity of multiple key interstates.

Buildings 4 & 5 consist of new construction of 256,024-SF distribution facilities that include:

To maximize manpower and speed up the overall project, building 4 & 5 are being constructed at the same time. Adding these speculative warehouse spaces will allow for future and current businesses to grow in the STL region.
