With a need to increase maintenance operations capacity for their freight logistics and shipping company, R+L Carriers partnered with Poettker on 6 distribution facility expansions and renovations to service its growing logistics fleet that delivers goods nationwide. 

  • Cross Dock Distribution Facility, Sauget, IL | Multi-phased 191,300-SF tilt-up expansion to the vehicle maintenance and wash building including 129 dock doors and renovations to the existing maintenance bays, offices, and existing docks
  • New Distribution Terminal, Jermyn, PA | New multi-facility development of 50,700-SF pre-engineered metal building terminal with 80 door cross-dock, separate wash and maintenance buildings for freight trucks and 4,000 SF of administrative areas
  • New Distribution Terminal, Edinburgh, IN | New multi-facility development of 100,000-SF pre-engineered metal building terminal with 150 dock doors, 19,800 SF maintenance garage; 8+ Bay Shop, 5,500 SF wash building with 3 lane fuel island, and 5,000 SF of administrative areas
  • New Distribution Terminal, Findlay, OH | New multi-facility development of 161,447-SF pre-engineered metal building terminal with 205 dock doors, 23,400 SF maintenance garage; 10+ Bay Shop and 5,600 SF wash building with 4 lane fuel island
  • Shop Remodel & Parking Lot Expansion, Ellenwood, GA | 12,279 SF addition of 2 service bays, a wash bay, inspection pit and additional storage as well as renovations to 2,200 SF of space into a paint shop.
