Gaston Commerce Center, Buildings 1 & 2

Poettker Construction has partnered with Crow Holdings as the general contractor to construct a new 701,786 SF distribution center.

Building 1 will consist of a new 281,219 SF single rear load warehouse that will include 169 panels of concrete tilt up construction, 46 dock doors and 2 overhead drive in doors.  Building 2 will consist of a new 420,567 SF single rear load warehouse that will include 219 panels of concrete tilt up construction, 70 dock doors and 2 overhead drive in doors.
