Tristar Properties selected Poettker Construction as the general contractor to construct Building 6 within their Westport Commerce Center industrial park development in Maryland Heights, MO. This 141-acre industrial park is centrally located in the St. Louis metropolitan area within close proximity of multiple key interstates.
Building 6 consisted of the new construction of a 255,000-SF distribution facility that included:
- Concrete tilt-up construction
- Designed with 28 dock doors and the capacity to add more
- 20-acre site development
- Specialized underground drainage system
