Scott AFB Multi-Award Construction Contract Program
Location: Scott AFB, IL | Owner: Air Mobility Command, 375th Contracting Squadron
Poettker Construction has completed more than 10 projects for the Air Mobility Command as part of a Multiple Award Construction Contract at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.
This multi-year program was generally focused on renovations and new construction additions to outdated facilities located on the Air Force Base. The scope of work on these projects included:
- Building envelope repairs
- Structural improvements
- Replacement of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing building systems
- New interior finishes
- Exterior repairs
- Building expansions/additions
Additional projects also included the demolition of existing facilities that the Government’s contracting agency deemed were beyond repair.
