Air Force Reserve Center Consolidated Mission Complex

Poettker Construction, along with its small business partner, was selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the construction of a new two-story Consolidated Mission Complex office building which houses approximately 1/3 of the Air Force Reserve Center’s military and civilian personnel.

This facility contains both high and low-security areas including:

  • security checkpoint entrance with waiting area
  • private and open offices
  • conference/meeting rooms
  • secure communications rooms
  • workrooms
  • breakrooms

The  Consolidated Mission Complex was constructed to LEED standards.

As a result of the collaborative, intense safety management culture, Poettker achieved safety excellence with zero lost time cases on this project with a total of 151,800 manhours on the job.
