Poettker Construction partnered with Crow Holdings to develop a 46-acre site along Hickory Grove Road in Belmont, NC, for a new over 470,000 SF Class A warehouse and logistics center. This new facility will have a capacity of 126 dock doors and be constructed of over 152 load-bearing concrete tilt-up panels.
