Poettker Construction is proud to partner with Memorial Hospital – Chester to construct a 26,000 SF, two-story Medical Office Building (MOB). The MOB will be located on the west side of the existing hospital and be the new home for the Chester Clinic and Convenient Care.

The newly constructed building will be ADA-compliant, include improved efficiencies for patients and staff workflows, and allow for future growth. The focus of the project is patient-centered care with access to hospital services, the retail pharmacy, less wait times for Convenient Care, improved access to primary care, and a covered canopy drop-off similar to the hospital’s.

By moving these services to one campus, the patients can benefit from the convenience of access to all levels of care at one location, and the providers will have quicker access to the hospital.
