Scooter’s Coffee

As General Contractor, Poettker Construction built this 668 SF wood-frame Scooter’s Coffee in both our hometown of Breese, IL and in Collinsville, IL. The kiosk building features a drive-thru and concrete parking lot.

Earthwork and establishment of the foundation both began and ended in August. Framing began the same month, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems began in September. The project concluded in October with the completion of siding, the concrete pavement, and seeding and landscaping.
