Farmers and Merchants National Bank (FMB), in partnership with the City of O’Fallon and Poettker Construction, broke ground on a new location for FMB on May 18, 2021 at 1805 East Highway 50 in O’Fallon, Ill. This 4,000 SF facility, part of the Four Points Center development, will be the bank’s 7 th area location. The project is anticipated for completion in fall 2021.
Planet Fitness has partnered with Poettker Construction on three health fitness clubs located throughout the greater St. Louis area in 2020. Poettker served as the construction manager for the Festus, Washington, and Ballwin, Missouri locations, which opened to members in time for the new year.

The warehouse construction industry in the US has shown steady growth throughout the last decade. According to Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial forecast report in 2017, the industry is slated to grow further, driven by e-commerce companies’ need for industrial spaces to continue operations in the country.
Building a new warehouse on a more than 100-year-old confined medical campus proved to be a logistical challenge for officials at Jefferson Barracks.
It’s rare that a construction company is well ahead of schedule on a project. But that is the case with the Zodiac-Poettker joint venture project at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. This is the latest undertaking of the partnership formed by Poettker Construction of Breese, Ill., and Zodiac Inc. of St. Louis.
Poettker Construction Co. is nearing completion of a new Outpatient Prep and Recovery addition to HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese, Ill. Construction began in September 2016 with a dedication scheduled for November 2017.
Together with the Department of Veterans Affairs representatives, the architect and site construction workers, Poettker Construction Company celebrated the steel topping out milestone at the Jefferson Barracks VA Engineering Warehouse during a ceremony on September 7, 2017.
