The Shoppes at Richland Creek

Poettker Construction worked with GBT Realty Corp. to develop 17 acres of vacant land to construct a new mixed-use facility totaling 19,000 SF of retail and restaurant spaces.

This development occurred at Interstate 64 and Greenmount Road, a major thoroughfare that divides O’Fallon and Shiloh, Illinois.

This project featured extensive roadway development to improve site accessibility and traffic flow, including the widening of an existing high-traffic road, and the addition of new traffic signals.

Poettker also participated in the tenant fit-out of the Chicken Salad Chick restaurant and the new construction of No Leash Needed.
