Target partnered with Poettker Construction on a 25+ store renovation program with projects located in both Illinois and Missouri.

With a goal to make shopping easier and more inspiring for customers, Target rolled out a plan to reimagine their stores with elements for the next generation shopper. Although each project featured different elements, the overall new designs include:

  • Enhanced merchandise presentations by creating “shops” to help showcase trends and featured products for the season

  • Enlarged “Order Pickup” areas for customers to easily pickup their online orders

  • Updated entrance façades with Target’s new modern look

  • Renovated existing tenant spaces for additional retailers such as Starbucks
