Project Completion
At Poettker Construction, we aim to exceed your expectations by delivering a beautiful, finished building with no punch list to speak of and every detail addressed. Our project team members, Risk Management Team, and specialty inspectors meet regularly to discuss critical tasks and perform timely inspections with results documented on Procore.
Client Training
We verify the proper installation and functionality of all major building systems to ensure they meet project specifications. Then we commission and coordinate client training to educate you on the function, maintenance schedule, cleaning, and service required to meet warranty requirements.
Final Documentation
Upon project completion, Poettker Construction combines all field changes with the trade contractors’ and suppliers’ closeout documents into the as-built record drawing. We organize and deliver all approved project documentation for your records.
Building Occupancy
We take the time to not only ensure your satisfaction, but also that of your building occupants. By guiding them through the transition, we ensure both the facility and move-in process go smoothly.
Warranty
Even after you take ownership, Poettker Construction returns to conduct in-person inspections to ensure facility performance, system functioning, quality, and extraordinary handicraft. If an issue arises, we will correct it and coordinate subcontractor participation, if necessary, because we stand behind our work.
Lifetime Partner
A building should last a lifetime, so our partnership does as well. Poettker Construction will be there to support maintenance requests, renovations, or new builds. Wherever your journey takes you, we’ll be there.
