North County Fire & Rescue Fire Protection District selected Poettker Construction as the construction manager to build two new fire station houses. Key features and amenities include:

Room with weights, a large mirror, and a red wall
Full size modern kitchen with a table in the middle
Meeting room with a large table and television monitor

  • Drive thru apparatus bays

  • Emergency generator

  • Gated employee parking

  • Patio with grills and flattop

  • Day room, bunk rooms, and exercise room

  • Gear washroom and storage room with lockers

  • Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) storage

  • Coffee bar
