To streamline operations and enhance efficiency, the Jefferson Barracks VA Medical Center consolidated its service operations into a new 68,000 SF facility. This central hub now serves as the backbone of the campus, managing all receiving, storage, delivery, operations, and maintenance services in one dedicated zone. Key features of the project include:

  • A central logistics and operations hub for the medical campus

  • Consolidation of all service operations into one distinct service zone

  • Demolition of two existing buildings to make space for new construction

  • Continued operation of a third building housing mechanical systems during construction

  • Seamless transition to new systems before final demolition of the old mechanical facility
