Nokomis High School: 80,244 SF two‑phase renovation of classrooms and restrooms in the 1963 addition; a full interior remodel of the original three‑story building to modernize classrooms, the library, and support spaces; and a structural redesign addressing an outdated third‑floor beam. Additional improvements consisted of HVAC upgrades, new doors, gym lighting and baffles, a walk‑in freezer, repairs to brick, roofing, and bleachers, new bleachers and lockers, updated interior finishes, and construction of a new parking lot.

Nokomis Elementary School: 39,357 SF of renovations focused on HVAC upgrades and interior improvements to refresh learning environments, including new flooring, ceilings, painting, and lighting throughout the facility.
