As your General Contractor, Poettker Construction will assume full fiscal responsibility and quality control of your project, including hiring, managing, and paying all subcontractors through a competitive bid process. Although our General Contracting service does not include Preconstruction support, we do offer a guaranteed maximum price.

We are your eyes and ears on your project, providing daily photography demonstrating our progress and meeting regularly to keep you informed. We keep your project goals at the forefront of all that we do and coordinate with subcontractors to keep your project on time and on budget. We develop and manage the project schedule and conduct safety and quality inspections independent from the production team.

Your dedicated Poettker Construction Project Manager will review and negotiate all change orders from subcontractors. All change requests will be tracked and processed expeditiously and will be discussed with you during our monthly pay application meetings. We look out for your best interests throughout the construction process and throughout the life of your facility.
