Farmers and Merchants National Bank (FMB), in partnership with the City of O’Fallon and Poettker Construction, broke ground on a new location for FMB on May 18, 2021 at 1805 East Highway 50 in O’Fallon, Ill. This 4,000 SF facility, part of the Four Points Center development, will be the bank’s 7 th area location. The project is anticipated for completion in fall 2021.

Richland County Community Unit #1 celebrates the completion of a $31.5 million addition and renovation of Richland County High School (RCHS) located in Olney, Illinois. Construction Manager Poettker Construction Company and designer BLDD Architects were engaged to modernize the education facility, improve safety and security, and increase accessibility for the 2,400+ student district, while creating a 21st Century learning environment for the students, staff, and community.
The Riechmann Bros. are set to break ground on a new John Deere dealership location in February of this year. Poettker Construction Company is serving as the design-build contractor for this 15-acre development.

Planet Fitness has partnered with Poettker Construction on three health fitness clubs located throughout the greater St. Louis area in 2020. Poettker served as the construction manager for the Festus, Washington, and Ballwin, Missouri locations, which opened to members in time for the new year.
