To increase the amount of speculative warehouse space in the St. Louis region for future and current businesses to grow in Missouri, Tristar Properties selected Poettker Construction as the general contractor to construct 3 buildings within their Westport Commerce Center industrial park development in Maryland Heights, MO.

  • 308 panels of concrete tilt-up construction

  • Designed with 56 dock doors and the capacity to add more and 2 drive-in doors

  • 30-acre site development

  • Specialized underground drainage system

  • Added suites mid-construction requiring concrete casting slabs and additional modifications  

  • Phased construction to build the 2 facilities simultaneously to speed the process
