Poettker Construction served as the General Contractor for the renovation of three buildings at the Veterans Affairs St. Louis Healthcare System – Jefferson Barracks Division, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

  • Created new spaces for the VA St. Louis Police Office and Pain Clinic

  • Replaced outdated windows and doors to improve energy efficiency and security
  • Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems for modern performance and compliance
  • Renovated patient restrooms to include private access for improved comfort and dignity
  • Refreshed the main lobby and upgraded the existing HVAC system for enhanced indoor air quality
