This 74,000 SF design-build elementary school was inspired by 21st Century learning principles, fostering collaboration, creativity, and sustainability. The campus integrates modern educational spaces, innovative construction methods, and outdoor learning environments, all designed to meet LEED Silver certification standards. Project highlights include:

  • Collaborative learning neighborhoods with central gathering spaces

  • Flexible learning studios, IT center, gymnasium, performance theatre, and commons

  • Dedicated areas for learning-impaired students, counseling, and administration

  • Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction with steel framing and metal roofing

  • Outdoor learning spaces featuring solar panels, wind turbine, student garden, and butterfly garden

  • Enhanced commissioning to validate energy performance and support LEED Silver certification
