Tristar Properties selected Poettker Construction as the general contractor to construct Buildings 4, 5 & 6 within their Westport Commerce Center industrial park development in Maryland Heights, MO. This 141-acre industrial park is centrally located in the St. Louis metropolitan area within close proximity of multiple key interstates.

Buildings 4, 5 & 6 consist of the new construction of a 511,000-SF distribution facility that include:

To maximize manpower and speed up the overall project, buildings 4 & 5 were  constructed at the same time. Adding these speculative warehouse spaces allow for future and current businesses to grow in the STL region.
