Poettker Construction partnered with SUL4R-PLUS to transform a vacant concrete ready-mix plant into a full-service fertilizer manufacturing center. The new facility, designed to increase the company’s production capabilities and geographic reach, included:

  • 45,000 SF renovation of the existing warehouse and office

  • 3,575 SF new 5-story, 80′ tall fertilizer manufacturing facility

  • 50,820 SF new warehouse for pile storage

  • Several multi-level structural concrete curing trenches to support the weight of the automated tire manufacturing equipment
