Poettker Construction, in partnership with Clayco, is excited to serve as the design-build contractor on a new 169,000 SF health sciences building for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. This three-story, state-of-the-art facility will accommodate the School of Pharmacy and the School of Nursing on SIUE’s core campus. The project will offer space for:

  • Offices

  • Academic classrooms

  • Synthetic chemistry

  • Nursing wet lab

  • Pharmacogenomics

  • Biochemistry

  • Vivarium

  • Microbiology
