North County Fire & Rescue New Engine House 1 & 2

As Construction Manager, Poettker Construction built two new fire station houses for North County Fire & Rescue. The new Engine Houses were strategically relocated to help improve the district’s rapid emergency response times. Both the 9,875 SF Engine House No. 1 and the 8,600 SF Engine House No. 2 will feature the following amenities:
- Emergency generator
- Gated employee parking
- Patio with grills and flattop
- Day room
- Bunk rooms
- Exercise room
- Gear washroom and storage room with lockers
- SCBA storage
- Truck fills
- Compressed air and water hose reels
- Coffee bar
