Poettker Construction has partnered with Crow Holdings to develop a 40-acre site along Peeler Road in Salisbury, NC, for a new 472,960 SF warehouse and logistics center. This new facility will have a capacity of 84 dock doors, four drive-in doors and be constructed of 162 load-bearing concrete tilt-up panels.
Unique site features include:
- Remediation of high plastic clays, silts and moisture-sensitive soils
- Site clearing of wooded areas and demolition of existing structures
