NorthPoint Development selected Poettker Construction to expand the Gateway 85 logistics park with the addition of a 240,000 SF single rear load warehouse and 705,000 SF cross dock warehouse. Overall, these two concrete tilt-up facilities with the capacity of nearly 195 loading docks.  

Preparation of the 55-acre development will entail:  

Poettker has partnered with local mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler trade contractors to design-build these systems.  Our distribution and warehouse team is excited to deliver this new campus with the highest quality industrial standards.
