This central hub now serves as the backbone of the campus, managing all receiving, storage, delivery, operations, and maintenance services in one dedicated zone. Key features of the project include:

  • A central logistics and operations hub for the medical campus

  • Consolidation of all service operations into one distinct service zone

  • Demolition of two existing buildings to make space for new construction

  • Continued operation of a third building housing mechanical systems during construction

  • Seamless transition to new systems before final demolition of the old mechanical facility
