Poettker Construction served as the general contractor to transition a vacant concrete plant into a new manufacturing facility and warehouse for SUL4R-PLUS. Located in Marissa, IL, the new campus, designed to increase the company’s production capabilities and geographic reach, includes a:

  • •3,575 SF, five-story gypsum-based fertilizer facility

  • 50,820 SF new warehouse will house pile storage, and the existing office

  • Several multi-level structural concrete curing trenches to support the weight of the automated tire manufacturing equipment

  • 39,845 SF existing warehouse building
