  • 1,920 SF canopy-covered fuel station with 1 AST 20,000 gallon diesel storage tank

  • Guardhouse providing dispatch/security check of all inbound and outbound truck entering or exiting the site

  • Extension of a county roadway

  • Installation of a new sewer line
