Building 1 features a new 281,219 SF single, rear-load warehouse with 169 tilt-up concrete panels, 46 dock doors, and 2 overhead drive-in doors 
Building 2 constitutes a new 420,567 SF single, rear-load warehouse with 219 tilt-up concrete panels, 70 dock doors, and 2 overhead drive-in doors
High plastic clay and silt remediation
Rock blasting and crushing (100,000 CY) for onsite fills
Aggregate base course and stabilized aggregate sub-grade
Total onsite cut/fills of 500,000 CY
