Poettker Construction served as the General Contractor for the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) Bousfield Residence Hall project in Champaign, Illinois. The 180,000 SF dormitory was constructed on a confined site located between Scott Hall and Hopkins Hall, two existing and operational dormitories.

This six-story Residence Hall provides housing for over 480 students and features:
