NorthPoint Development selected Poettker Construction to build a warehouse complex consisting of 3 rear-loaded warehouse buildings that are 249,500-SF, 160,070-SF, and 312,000-SF, respectively. Overall, these three 40-foot-tall concrete tilt-up facilities with the capacity of nearly 100 loading docks.  

Preparation of the 50-acre development will entail:  

Poettker has partnered with local mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler trade contractors to design-build these systems.  Our distribution and warehouse team is excited to deliver this new campus with the highest quality industrial standards.
