Poettker Construction was selected by TDK Consulting to construct their new 38,400 SF pre-engineered metal building office and shop in Carlyle, IL. To keep up with the growing demands of their operations, the new facility includes:

gray two-story metal building
interior office with brick wall and tan orange walls
office break room with gray cabinets, tables and chairs
interior warehouse
  • 34,400 SF heated shop with 2 bridge cranes, a tool storage room and overhead doors
  • 4,000 SF separate space for offices, a breakroom, conference room and restrooms
  • Poettker self-performed the earthwork, landscaping, site concrete, and parking lot.
