Poettker Construction earned regional recognition as a 2025 Top Southeast Contractor by ENR Texas & Southeast. Based on 2024 annual revenue, Poettker Construction claimed the 109th spot on the publication’s list.

In 2024, the Gaston Commerce Center, Buildings 1 & 2, was Poettker’s largest project in the Southeast. With 701,786 SF of new construction, the project won’t be completed until late 2025. Of Poettker’s 2024 Southeast revenue, 100% came from general building projects.

Poettker’s Southeast team has won this honor since 2018, making this the team’s 8th consecutive win!
