Carrollton Bank Second Floor Buildout

Poettker Construction served as the General Contractor for the renovation of the second floor of the Carrollton Bank in O’Fallon, IL, providing them much-needed space for their growing operations.

The 2,100 SF project features:

  • Two offices
  • Two open office areas
  • Breakroom
  • Storage room

UNIQUE FEATURES

Constructed temporary partitions to allow the bank to remain in operation during the renovation

Built interior non-load-bearing walls

Installed new flooring, cabinetry, and LED light fixtures
