Poettker Construction, an award-winning, family-owned business headquartered in Breese, IL, earned the No. 54 spot on the St. Louis Business Journal‘s 2024 Top 150 Largest Privately Held Companies in the St. Louis region.

“Poettker Construction invests in and attributes our successes to our people, and our value proposition gives Poettker employees purpose, delivers quality to our clients, and strengthens our bottom line,” said Ryan Poettker, president of Poettker Construction.

With safety as one of its core values, Poettker Construction maintained its impressive track record for exceptional safety performance with nearly 400,000 work hours performed without a lost time incident in 2023.

“At Poettker Construction, we prioritize safety and health above all else,” said Charles Wilson, Vice President of Risk Management. “We are extremely proud to have maintained a flawless safety record on all of our projects, and we are fully committed to upholding safety excellence throughout our entire company. Whether it’s our top-level management or our workers on the job site, safety always remains our number one priority.”
